Mountain Sage smudge sticks dispels negative energy and infuses healing energy. It strengthens the mind and rejuvenates in times of exhaustion.

You can use sage smudge sticks to cleanse a person, area, or crystals.

How To Use Your Smudge:
Light your smudge with a flame. Once it's lit, blow the flame out if it doesn't go out on its own. The goal is not to have flames, but smoke. It is the smoke that purifies and cleanses.
Wave the smoke around whatever it is you'd like to purify, keeping a dish or shell near or under your smudge to prevent ember fallout on your floors.
As the smoke moves around and up towards the sky imagine releasing whatever is not in your best interest. Let all your negativity go with the smoke.
When you are finished, it's wise to keep a fire safe bowl of sand or earth nearby to put the smudge out in. Water may be used if you don't have sand.
 
*If smudging indoors, excessive smoke may set off a smoke detector. Be aware of flammables nearby.
