Things You Need to Know

When it comes to customer service Eccentric Elements has one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Shipping

COVID 19- Im working as efficiently and safely as possible to get your orders out Quickly! Please note that there may be delays in shipping of orders.

While we aim to pack and ship orders within 1-3 business days of order, we cannot guarantee the window of any order to ship at this time. Feel free to contact me specific questions regarding shipping or rushing a order.

All orders over $50 ship free within USA via priority mail. please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship, and remaining transit time for shipment.

 

Shipments are typically sent via USPS- and we cannot guarantee the transit home for any package. Please make sure your correct shipping address is entered at checkout. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen, or damaged items that occur during the shipping process after your package has been shipped.

 

 Once your order is packaged and a label is created, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address you used when placing your order.

Our Return Policy

Should you be unsatisfied with your order we are happy to issue store credit within 15 days of receipt of the item. Notify us, send the item back and let us know what'd you'd like to exchange it for. exchanged item will be sent once returned item arrives back to the shop. all returns must be in original, sellable condition. Exchanges/ returns cannot be made based on differences in color, texture, or other natural variations on items such as polymer clay, stones, and other organic materials because we cannot control how these items occur naturally and they will almost always vary slightly. All discounts and sales cannot be applied retroactively or for any future purchase.

Damages

If you suspect your item has been damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the shipping box, the damaged products, and email them to eccentricelementco@gmail.com so we may help resolve the issue. Please note that many times filing a claim against the shipping carrier is responsibility of the recipient.

Final Sale

We cannot accept returns on any body care, herb, ritual bags, candle, oil, or spray. These sales are final. Any items marked as "final sale" are also non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online

platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
