Cancellation Policy
Studio Policies: Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Welcome to a space where artistry meets elegance. To ensure every guest receives the highest level of care and attention, we kindly ask that you review our studio policies before reserving your appointment. Booking Policy Securing Your Appointment: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This ensures your time is reserved exclusively for you and will be applied toward your final service. Client Eligibility: All guests must be 18 years or older. Consultations: For bespoke tattoo designs or first-time nano brow clients, a private consultation may be recommended to ensure your vision is perfectly captured. Punctuality: Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit, as we strive to honor every guest’s time. ❖ Cancellation & Rescheduling Grace Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee and may affect future booking privileges. Rescheduling Terms: You may reschedule once per deposit. Additional changes will require a new deposit to secure your time. Waitlist Experience Exclusive Access: If appointments are fully booked, you may request to join our waitlist for priority access to newly available slots. Notification Protocol: Waitlisted guests will be contacted in the order received. Once notified, you’ll have a 24-hour window to confirm before the opportunity is extended to the next guest. Priority Consideration: Returning clients and those with flexible availability may be given priority for last-minute openings. We are honored to be part of your beauty and self-expression journey.
